Who is Sharing?
Hi there! I am Roderick, with a decade of hands-on experience in commercial construction management and engineering across North America, the Middle East, and Asia, I have gained my skills in project management, MEP coordination, and supply chain logistics within the world of construction.
I have made the mistakes so you don’t have to and you can make new ones. What follows is what actually worked, what did not, and what I would never repeat. No theory.. Just lessons broken into small, usable actions you can apply immediately.
Why am I Sharing?
I have seen how much time, money, and effort get burned on projects that should run leaner. The goal here is to share tried and tested lessons that help reduce waste on projects.
The goal? To help you build systems that actually work and save resources.
